Ovidiu is the motivational spirit of the whole team. Being a person who is completely dedicated to everything he does, he has come to have a great experience within the construction industry from the Production all the way up to Management level. All the information acquired through university studies, and by participating in various specialization courses, were improved, and developed through the entire work experience he had. Working as a member of the team, in different positions, both on large projects and on smaller construction sites, he came to understand very well what the responsibilities of each person on the site are, from the labourers to the managers. Because he came to have the ability to build the most efficient work schedule to achieve his goal in time and at the promised quality, he started his own business, in which he puts into practice all his knowledge. Now Ovidiu, runs 3 different businesses of his own operating in the construction industry, on the territory of Great Britain and 1 on the territory of his native country, with organic cheese.

His experience ranges from two years in sales building upon essential skills in effective communication, being forefront at one of the biggest technology retailers. With a big inspiration to deliver results, Josh is very easily motivated to achieve and quickly adapts to ever changing environments. Josh’s biggest admiration is motorcycle sports, whether it be visiting the Moto GP or working on his own bike, he always tries to keep himself busy
